PENJANA Scheme is a joint funding scheme and is open for businesses which are 100% locally owned by Brunei citizens or permanent residents.  They must be categorised as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The business must be active and fully operational for at least two (2) years.

ICT vendors may download the form and provide all the necessary information/details. In addition to this, there are no dateline for submission. All application will be accepted as long as the information are completed.  

The main criteria are; the technology solution has to be Subscription based, off-the shelf and cloud hosting. In addition to this, it will be better if it is Bruneian-made technology solution, affordable and ease of usage for MSMEs.

Vendors of ICT are to attend ICT briefing by AITI, to provide a complete RFI and demonstration of the technology solutions to AITI.

Vendors are required to provide details based on the requirements to provide the following items:

1. Project activities including timeline of installation and training.
2. Cost (including breakdown cost such as subscription and other hidden fees).
3. No. of customers using the solution and feedback
4. Tech Demo (Max 2 minutes duration)
5. Brochure of solution

Vendors with ready ICT digital solutions that are sector-specific or that cut across various sectors.
